I loved this from the first day it arrived. The massage heads are a little flattened, but still manage to dig in and get at the muscles. It also switches direction every minute which feels great. The heat is nice, and can get to be a little hot if you use it for more than 1 cycle. You can turn off the heat if you find this is the case though. I like the flexibility of where to use it. It's been all over my back, legs, arms, and stomach. The only place I haven't been able to use it is on my neck as it is too big to fit there. The one thing that bugs me is the 25 min auto shut off. I have to keep turning it back on and sometime the button is not very reachable from behind me.

I injured the muscle under one of my shoulder blades and was trying to find a massager to use there (and then wherever else I wanted). I was stuck between this one or the ones that go around your shoulders and you hold onto the straps. I'm glad I bought this one - it's not as heavy, it really is versatile for wherever you want a massage. I do find it a bit hard to position correctly for neck massages. It takes some adjusting to get it to the right spot but once you place it correctly it feels amazing. The heat is great and rotating direction every minute targets the muscle in a different way. Highly recommend - I've been using it daily since I purchased it. Much cheaper than going to a massage therapist. It has an auto-shut off after 20 min but just press the button and it will start up again.
